Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
dnd productions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages:
dnd productions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, we are unable to make any changes as the order will already be processed and shipped out.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- We currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please ensure the address is correct and includes any necessary details (unit number, military address, etc.).
8. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details.
10. Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays (such as USPS, FedEx, etc.). Please track your order through the provided tracking number for the latest status.
11. Signature Requirement:
- For high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that your package is securely received.
12. Returned or Refused Packages:
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for resending the package.
13. Lost or Missing Packages:
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the carrier deems the package lost, we will work with you to file a claim
